-252- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME <br /> CITY ENGINEER BRIAN OLSON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Br/an Olson was hired as a full-time City Engineer,for the City of <br />Ramsey and began work on May 30, 2000, subject to a six-month probationary period; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Olson successfully completed his probationary period and his <br />performance was documented by the Director of Public Works; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its November 28, 2000, meeting <br />agreed With the staff'recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time City <br />Engineer Brian Olson, effective November 30, 2000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary per/od for full-time City Engineer <br />Brian Otson effective November 30, 2000. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 28th day of November 2000. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />I ( <br /> <br /> <br />
