Case #3: Other? <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman explained that Charter appointments are made by a district judge. <br />He invited any residents who may be interested to request appointment. <br /> <br />Chairperson Kiefer described the Charter Commission and also encouraged residents to ask for <br />appointment.
