-262- <br /> <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #00-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HOLIDAY ACRES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Phoenix Enterprise, L.L.C., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City <br />of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlots A, B, C, and G, River Bend 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on <br />December 5, 2000, and recommended the Developer proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of prior agreement with respect to River's Bend Park and the <br />Rum River Bridge Corridor, this particular area has been exempted from any park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1) That the Council hereby grants final plat approval of Holiday Acres in accordance with <br /> relevant City Codes as pursuant to the attached Development Agreement which is a <br /> part of tlxis resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution as declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of December, 2000. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />-I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> <br />
