The proposed path will exit the state right- <br />of-way and enter the development property near the southwest comer of Lot 1. From there the <br />path will continue along the west property line in Lot 2. The development agreement will <br />require that the developer provide the City with a 20 foot easement for the po.rtions of the path <br />that will be located upon the two lots, in a separate, recordable document, .to facilitate this path. <br />Prior to working in the State right-of-way, the Developr must receive all necessary permits to <br />construct and maintain the path and any landscaping installed as part of the development. The <br />developer will be required to ex-tend the path along the west property line of Lot 2 at the time it <br />is built upon. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee. The City has established a stormwater management fund at a <br />rate of $3,658 per acre for commercial plats. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges. Sewer and water trunk charges were satisfied through, a <br />previous development agreement. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Drainage and Utility Easements. The drainage and utility easements shown on the proposed <br />final plat are acceptable to accommodate the on site drainage and sewer and water utilities. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2000 at the Rarnsey <br />Mumcipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at <br />these meetings to answer any questions that may arise. A copy of the case cover sheet and proposed <br />development agreement is enclosed for your information.
