-284- <br /> <br />PROPOSED ORDINANCE #00- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.50.30 "SUBDIVISION DESIGN <br />STANDARDS" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.50.30 (Subdivision Design Standards), Subdivision <br />Dedication) shall be amended to include the following text: <br /> <br /> Il, <br /> <br />7 (Park and Open Space <br /> <br />Application to No Subdivision. A developer of a commercial, industrial or <br />residential development for which no subdivision of property is required shall <br />comply with the park dedication and trail development fee requirements of this <br />Chapter as if a subdivision were required prior to receiving any building permit. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #00-__ has 'been aPproved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #00-__ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) to require park dedication consideration when no subdivision of land is <br />required in conjunction with a proposed commercial or residential development. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
