ORDINANCE NO. 00- CITY OF RAMSE¥ ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. PURPOSE It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the attthority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. SECTION 2, SALE AUTHORIZATION The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes sale of all or a part of said property. S aid property is legally described as follows: That part of Outlot A, FERRUM SECOND ADDITION, according to the duly recorded plat thereof, lying westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest comer of said Outlot A; thence North 00 degrees 55 minutes 21 seconds West along the West line of said Outlot A, a distance of 111.01 feet to the point of beginning; thence nm~herly along a non-tangential cun, e concave to the west, having a radius of 712.00 feet and a central angle of 12 degrees 10 minutes 13 seconds, a distance of 151.24 feet. The chord of said cuwe bears North 05 degrees 09 minutes 45 seconds East; thence North 00 degrees 55 minutes 21 seconds West, tangent to said curve, a distance of 306.26 feet to North line of said Outlot A, and there terminating. SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and temps upon.which the above described property may be sold. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days afmr its publication according to law, subject to City Charter Provision, Section 5.04.
