Anderson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Human Resources Manger Rhonda Heryla <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:45 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Consider Ending Probationary Period of Secretary <br /> <br />Human Resources Manager Heryla stated that Pam Miller assumed the position of Secretary on <br />May 1, 2000, and her six-month probationary period date was November 1, 2000. A written <br />performance appraisal was prepared indicating satisfactory performance for Ms. Miller. A <br />meeting was held between Ms. Miller and her supervisor, Kim Moore-Sykes, to review the <br />written performance appraisal. Based on the satisfactory six-month appraisal, staff <br />recommended that Secretary Pam Miller be retained as a regular full-time employee effective <br />November l, 2000. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Conncilmember Anderson, to recommend Council adopt <br />the resolution ending probationary period for Secretary Pam Miller and granting her the status of <br />regular full-time employee effective November 1, 2000. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
