CASE #5 <br /> <br />SUMMARY AND REQUEST OF CHARTER COMMISSION FROM 07/06/00 MEETING <br /> By: Jo Thieling, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Attached to this case is a form called "Summary and Staff Direction" from the Charter <br />Commission meeting of July 6, 2000. It is a form staff uses in-house to receive and "remember" <br />direction from a meeting. You will note there are some things requested by the Commission that <br />are not appearing on this agenda. This was a rather quick turnaround for the next meeting, <br />therefore, items that needed to be written or researched by the City Attorney, for example, were <br />impossible to complete in this short timeframe. This direction will stay in the file until all <br />direction has been completed.
