You may wish to write the letter and send it so she has one for her files and the City has one for its files. They elected a temporary chair for this evening but would like more members to be present when they vote on a Chair for the entire year. M0o~e-Sykes/ 0'70600 The Char~r Commission voted to recommend that staff go Goodrich forward with the split of the City Administrator and the City Clerk positions with the attachment that the Charter Commission would like to review the City Clerk's duties and then propose that change to Chapter 6. Please draft such language recommendation to present at the next meeting, which is scheduled for Monday July 31, 2000, at 7:30 p.m. The case would have to be to Jo the week of the 24th (preferably Monday or Tuesday).
