ORDINANCE #2000- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENTS TO VARIOUS CHAPTERS AND SECTIONS OF THE HOME RULE <br />CHARTER OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY. SAID AMENDMENTS RELATE <br />GENERALLY TO THE CREATION OF A CITY CLERK POSITION IN THE <br />ADMINISTRATION OF CITY AFFAIRS AND CLARIFICATION OF'DUTIES <br />BETWEEN THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND THE CITY CLERK. <br /> <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY ORDAINS. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY: <br /> <br />This Ordinance is enacted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes {}410.12, Subd. 7. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL AND AMENDMENT. <br /> <br />Sections 2.5., 3.6., 3.7, 3.8., 3.11., 4.1., 4.2., 4.4., Subsection 4.5.2., Sections 5.2., 5.3., <br />5.5, 5.8, 6.1, 6.3., 6.5., Subsections 7.4.1. and 7.6.1, Sections 12.2. and 12.4. of the <br />Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey are hereby amended by the provisions written <br /> <br />below: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Section 2.5. Vacancies. <br /> <br /> CHAPTER 2 <br />FORM OF GOVERNMENT <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Section 3.6. <br /> <br /> CHAPTER 3 <br />COUNCIL PROCEDURES <br /> <br />Emergency Ordinances. <br /> <br />Section 3.8.
