County Commissioner Berg replied that he would like a consensus of the Ramsey Council as to <br />what the City wants. He noted that the County does not have the ability of keeping MnDOT <br />from mining T.H. #47 over to another jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired as to when Armstrong Boulevard will be shut down for construction. <br /> <br />County Commissioner Berg replied that they trying to time it with the Sherbume County portion <br />so the road can be shut down concurrently. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested that the County inform the City as to when the road will be closed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired as to the cost of rebuilding County Road # 83. <br /> <br />County Engineer Olson replied approximately $800,000. <br /> <br />Jim Green, 5858 - 158th Lane NW, Ramsey, stated that he was back on the issue regarding the <br />commercial truck parked in the neighborhood. He explained that the situation is getting out of <br />hand between neighbors and now another resident has brought in a commercial truck. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied that the complaint against 5900 151st Lane, Ramsey, is now <br />going to be prosecuted as a criminal case. A formal complaint will be drafted and then the <br />resident will be summoned to court. <br /> <br />Mr. Green noted that he is using the house as a terminal to switch drivers. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich advised that it would be best not to discuss the issue any further and if <br />Mr. Green has further concerns, to contact him directly from now on. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman requested that Case #5 be moved to the top of the agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen requested that items 4 and 5 of the consent agenda be removed and <br />discussed as part of Case # I 0. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Connolly, to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Coun¢ilmembers, Zimmerman, Connolly, <br />Anderson, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None.
