Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request to Vacate Drainage and Utility Easement; Case of Paul and Lois <br />Bach <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik explained that on January 1 I, 2000, the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance to vacate the drainage and utility easement on the former common <br />property line of the Bach parcel at 1680~ Radium Street N.W. and the Karst parcel at 16747 <br />Radium Street N.W. The BaChs are replacing the drainage and utility easement along the new <br />common property line between the two lots. She provided a copy of the revised ordinance which <br />corrected the legal description and advised that the Bachs will provide the City with a corrected <br />quit claim deed.
