Commissioner Johnson asked Staff if this seems to be more of a compliance issue. He inquired <br />what the process is if someone were to call in concerned about operating after the hours <br />designated by the permit. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik responded the engineers would handle the complaint. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated he has been out to site once in the past week. <br />complaint came in on a Sunday because they were working on a Sunday, it <br />the police. The police would then go to the site to check it out and pass <br />Engineering. The police would file an incident report.
