The
related projects include Sunwood Drive, City watermain looping, and City sanitary sewer
extensions.

Councilmember Anderson inquired if the City is able to meet all of the deadlines.

City Administrator Norman replied that he will give an update to the Council as to the status of
the project.

Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he had a conversation regarding possible funding of
stoplights at the intersection of T.H. #47 and Ximo Street and wondered if City Administrator
Norman had heard any further information.

City Administrator Norman replied that he did receive a call, but it sounded as if the situation
was still being worked on.

Councilmember Hendriksen questioned that as the asphalt plants start shutting down, will it be a
problem to have Ximo Street extended.

Director of Public Works Kapler replied that it is weather dependent, but anything past the first
of December would be very questionable.

Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to direct
Staff to obtain at no cost or low cost temporary stop lights for the intersection of Ximo Street and
T.H. #47.

Motion carried.
