Monthly Status Report Frolik/ 11/23/99 Council introduced the ordinance to amend Chapter 5 of the Scazlo/ Ramsey City Code to establish and amend definitions relating to Pending the keeping of dogs and provide for administrative kennel licenses to keep three dogs on .a parcel as amendment. The amendment is as follows: "Said license shall expire two (2) years from the date of the most recent rabies vaccination" should be removed from the ordinance. Scazlo replied that he will make that change. Forward the amended ordinance to a subsequent meeting for formal adoption. Frolik/ 11/09/99 With regard to the site plan for Lord of Life - it was noted that the Scazlo/ development permit reads that site plan approval was granted on Olson/ July 27 and it should read November 9. Council then granted site Pending plan approval to the proposed expansion of Lord of Life Church contingent upon compliance with the City staff review letter dated November 2, 1999. Execute Development Agreement. Frolik/ 11/09/99 During the site plan review of Connexus Energy Storage Building Scazlo/ - Council approved the site plan. They also noted that this is Norman/ another reason there needs to be a right-of-way ordinance. Mr. Kapler/ Norman replied that the item is on the next PW Committee Jankowski/ meeting and will then be brought to Council. Pending Frolik/ 11/09/99 Council introduced the ordinance amending Chapter 9 of the City Scazlo/ Code to allow fire stations in the R-1 Rural Residential Districts. Complete Place on subsequent agenda for formal adoption. Frolik/ 10/12/99 Council directed staff to schedule a public hearing and prepare a Jankowski/ feasibility study for providing drainage to the Highway #10 area. Pending Frolik/ 10/12/99 Execute Resolution #99-10-195 adopting FF #0507 relating to Olson/ Zitco's request for a CUP for self-service mini-storage units. Add Pending a finding making the approval contingent upon resolving the drainage issue. Frolik/ 10/12/99 Execute Resolution #99-10-196 approving Zitco's request for a Olson/ CUP for mini-storage units and declaring terms of same Pending contingent upon resolving the drainage issue.
