Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/ 10/t2/99 With regard~to the request for site plan approval of Zitco Building, <br />Goodrich/ City Attorney Goodrich requested that under #5 of the <br />Pending Development Agreement add f) Storm sewer system approved by <br /> the City". Under #14 - include the phasing, the Minnesota State <br /> Statute 444 process, the drainage issue and indemnification. <br /> Council then approved the site plan contingent upon compliance <br /> with City Staff Review letter dated September 3, I999, and City <br /> Attorney review. Execute Development Agreement. <br />Frolik/Thiel 4/27/99 ~ouncil adopted Ordinance #99-05 amending Sections 9.02 and <br />ing/ 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code regarding accessory buildings. <br />Kusler/Huff Amend the ordinance as follows: Section 1, Subd 3 - last <br />/ sentence should be amended to read: The Building Official shall <br />Pending advise land owners if the proposed location will not allow for <br /> orderly future subdivision of the parcel. Jo will publish such <br /> ordinance. Joanne will amend the City Code. When ordinance is <br /> executed, Glyn and Steve should be given a copy of it. It was <br /> noted that the Building Official should have a form to properly <br /> advise the 'property owner of the matter discussed in the <br /> amendment and that a copy of such notice be placed in the <br /> property file. Frolik was asked to survey other communities on <br /> how they handle this situation and bring back information to the <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
