The topography of the existing site ranges from 871 to 863. The drainage is generally down the <br />center of the property from north to south. The plan proposed collecting stormwater generated <br />from the site via a system of twelve-inch concrete pipe and discharging the existing storm sewer <br />located within Radium Street at three separate locations. This plan is acceptable. Phase one is <br />79% impervious and will be assigned a REF factor of 3.55. Phase two is 72% impervious and <br />will be assigned a REF factor or 3.03. The factor is for purposes of the storm water utility charge <br /> <br />The lighting plan, light fixture specs and diagrams will need to be submitted and are subject to <br />the approval of the City Engineer.
