Therefore, changing the use of tither of these, two accesses would necessitate <br />application to Mn/DOT for an access permit by the property owner. <br /> <br />Mn/DOT would deny this application for the safety reasons stated in our January 4, 2000 <br />correspondence. The proposed site is located on property that is on the inside of a curve and .up a <br />slight inclkne, which creates unsafe sight distance to the south. Access is available from 177th <br />Avenue.
