Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/ 11/23/99 Execute Resolution #999-11-212 (Connolly/ZimmermardAll) <br />Olson/ adopting Findings of Fact #0508 relating to Dennis and Bonita <br />Complete Cobey's request for a CUP for a private dog kennel for four adult <br /> dogs. The findings are amended as follows: #'s 14, 15, 16, 17 <br /> should be "will not". //18 should be "will". #'s 19 & 20 should <br /> be "will not". <br />Frolik/ 11/23/99 Execute Resolution #99-11-213 (Anderson/Connolly/All) <br />Olson/ approving the CUP for the Cobeys to maintain four adult dogs at <br />Complete 9340 Highway #l 0 NW. <br />Frolik/ 11/23/99 Council introduced the ordinance to amend Chapter 5 of the <br />Scazlo/ l Ramsey City Code to establish and amend definitions relating to <br />Complete the keeping of dogs and provide for administrative kennel licenses <br /> to keep three dogs on a parcel as amendment. The amendment is <br /> as follows: "Said license shall expire two (2) years from the date <br /> of the most recent rabies vaccination" should be removed from <br /> the ordinance. Scazlo replied that he will make that change. <br /> Forward th~ amended ordinance to a subsequent meeting for <br /> formal adoption. <br />Frolik/ 11/09/99 With regard to the site plan for Lord of Life - it was noted that the <br />Scazlo/ development permit reads that site plan approval was granted on <br />Olson/ July 27 and it should read November 9. Council then granted site <br />Complete plan approval to the proposed expansion of Lord of Life Church <br /> contingent upon compliance with the City staff review letter dated <br /> November 2, 1999. Execute Development Agreement. <br />Frolik/ 11/09/99 During the site plan review of Connexus Energy Storage Building <br />Scazlo/ - Council approved the site plan. They also noted that this is <br />Norman/ another reason there needs to be a right-of-way ordinance. Mr. <br />Kapleff Norman replied that the item is on the next PW Committee <br />Jankowski/ meeting and will then be brought to Council. <br />Complete <br />Frolik/ 10/12/99 Council directed staff to schedule a public hearing and prepare a <br />Jankowski/ feasibility study for providing drainage to the Highway #10 area. <br />Complete <br />Frolik/ 10/12/99 Execute Resolution #99-10-195 adopting FF #0507 relating to <br />Olson/ Zitco's request for a CLIP for self-service mini-storage units.
