Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/ 12/20/99 The Planning Commission recommended that City Council <br />Complete adopt the proposed ordinance amending interim use permits <br /> with the following changes: Subdivision 3/item #6 to remove <br /> the wording "by agreement with the owner", Subdivison <br /> 4/item #2 change wording to read "Upon violation and <br /> failure to cure...and Subdivision 4/item #7 change wording to <br /> read "Applicant will proceed in a timely manner to provide <br /> for the construction of permanent structures, where necessary, <br /> that will result in proper utilization of the land on which and <br /> temporary structure is located. Forward to Council. <br />Frolik/ 12/20/99 The Planning Commission recommended that City Council <br />Complete grant site plan approval to B&B Carpet Showroom and <br /> Warehouse business contingent upon compliance with the <br /> city staff review letter dated November 30, 1999 and present <br /> an accurate depiction of the color alternatives. Forward to <br /> Council. <br />Frolik/Olson/ 2/1/00 Findings re Commercial Asphalt's CLIP request: The <br />Complete Planning Commission accepted favorable to the applicant, but <br /> removing" the words "fumes and odors" from #25, and <br /> recommend City Council adopt the findings of fact as <br /> amended. Forward to Council. <br />Frolik/Olson/ 2/1/00 The Plannning Commission recommends City Council <br />Complete approve Commercial Asphalt's request for a CUP for a hot <br /> mix asphalt plant and adopt resolution declaring terms of the <br /> same. Forward to Council. <br />Frolik/ 2/1/00 The Plannning Commission recommend's Mr. Bulow of <br />Complete Bulow Properties to proceed to the preliminary stage and <br /> apply for rezoning. <br />Frolik/ 2/1/00 The Plannning Commission recommends the City Council <br />Complete approve the proposed site plan for the fire station on <br /> Armstrong Blvd. with no curbing on the west side of the <br /> parking lot and removal of the trees in the same location, <br /> contingent upon compliance with city staffreview letter dated <br /> January 27, 2000.
