Forward to <br />March 6, 2000 meeting. <br /> <br />Planning Commission asked that we give Mr. Boyum the <br />time to work with staff and the Larsen's. No action is required at this time but <br />Council will allocate the CDBG funds at its February 8, 2000 <br />meeting. .. <br /> <br />Council approved the option for the utilization of pre-cast <br />concrete panels on the rear and side wails of the Zitco building <br />proposed to be developed at 6111 State Highway #10. Amend <br />Development permit accordingly. <br /> <br />Council tabled the request for a CUP for a personal <br />communications system tower at 17515 St. Francis Boulevard <br />NW and referred it back to the Planning Commission for study of <br />the ordinance language and allowing towers on residentially zoned <br />property. Also to direct Community Development Director Frolik <br />to notify the applicant in writing that the City is evoking a 90-day <br />extension. <br /> <br />CDBG- Council directed staffto write a case for the next Council <br />meeting with funding divided as follows: (from the new funding) <br />$39,000 to solstice Park Trail, $8,500, total, to the public agencies <br />who requested funding, and $9,366 for ADA trail retrofits; (from <br />the old funds) $45,000 to the amending of Ramsey's Zoning <br />Chapter, and $9,000 to the Rehabilitation of Housing (ACCAP). <br /> <br /> <br />
