Council made a motion to <br /> table consideration of the resolution.'and findings of fact relating <br /> to Mr. Kveton's request for a CUP for two dwellings on one <br /> parcel and a request for a CLIP based on the findings of fact and <br /> adopt resolution declaring terms of same, including the <br /> construction of a class V temporary cul-de-sac until a legal <br /> opinion can be obtained along with additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />
