That no excavation will take place within the road right-of-way. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the existing drainage patterns WILL OR WILL NOT be substantially altered <br />by the proposed grading plan. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That silt fence will be placed along the boundaries of adjacent properties within 100 <br />feet of the area to be graded.
