11. That no excavation will take place within the road right-of-way. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the existing drainage patterns WILL OR WILL NOT be substantially altered <br />by the proposed grading plan. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That silt fence will be placed along the boundaries of adjacent properties within 100 <br />feet of the area to be graded. (STEVE, DOES THE GRADING PLAN SHOW SILT <br />FENCE WHERE THIS FINDING INDICATES) <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That the grading operation will increase the traffic to the subject property and <br />surrounding area for a very limited time frame. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the proposed use Mil/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />I8. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be a substantial improvement to property in the <br />immediate vicinity and to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services <br />such as highways and streets. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional-requirements at public cost <br />for public facilities and services, and it will/wilt not be detrimental to the economic <br />welfare of the community. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, and <br />equipment and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any persons, property, <br />or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic noise, smoke, fumes, <br />glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the day of March, 2000. <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
