Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #00-03-XX RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #03XX TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM B-1 AND B-2 BUSINESS TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance with Section 9.03.03 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That Chris Bulow and Linda Bulow of Bulow Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as "Applicants," have properly applied to rezone certain property from B-1 and B-2 Business to Planned Unit Development. 2. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the City Code on March 6, 2000 and said public hearing was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. 3. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: Outlot 1, Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 38, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Northerly of Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 36, and lying Westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Northwest Quarter; thence South along the East line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 936.25 feet to the centerline of a town road; thence Northwesterly, deflecting right 95 degrees 41 minutes, a distance of 604.08 feet; thence North parallel with said East line of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 37.72 feet to the Northerly right of way line of Parcel 2, said Anoka County Highway Right-of-way Plat No. 36, said point is hereinafter referred to as Point A; thence continue North parallel with said East line of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 826.13 feet to the north line of the said Northwest Quarter; thence East along the said North line a distance of 319.98 feet to the point of Beginning of the line to be described; thence Southwesterly, a distance of 886.97 feet to Point A and there terminating. 4. That the total area of the property to be rezoned is 16.75 acres in size. That the proposed rezoning is located within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) boundary.
