The Bulow
Development is generally located on the north side of Industry Avenue N.W. (County
.Road #116) jUst to the east of Thurston Avenue and Dysprosiu..m Street NW, as shown
on Exhibit A.

The development, as proposed, covers approximately 4.7 acres and consists of about
160 apartment.units, contained in two (2) buildings covering the south 1/3 of the site,
and 57 detached and twin home units on the northern 2/3 of the site. Access to and
from the Bulow Development, as proposed in the preliminary plat, is provided via:

Limited access to Co. Rd. #116 at approximately the midpoint of the
development's south frontage due to the proposed divided, 4-lane design,
including a raised concrete median, by Anoka County. The proposed
reconstruction and widening of Co. Rd. #116 will permit only right-turns into and
right-.turns out of the development along the westbound lanes;

The easterly and northerly extension of Argon Street N.W. through the
development site. The new segment of Argon Street commences at Dysprosium
Street, about 200' north of the Co. Rd. #1 I6 intersection, and ties into existing
Argon Street N.W., in the single family development to the north, about 300' west
of the northeast corner of the Bulow plat; and

The southerly extension of Barium Street N.W. from the existing single family plat
to the north, about 200' into the Bulow plat at approximately the mid-point of the
north plat line.

\\Ha01~shared docs~Vlunicipal~ARAMSEY~2157\ra21575jl .doc
