Steve Jankowski <br />Page 3 <br />February 16, 2000 <br /> <br />The routing of trips to and from the Bulow Development via the various access to the <br />site is based on the quickest and most logical travel paths. <br /> <br />Exhibit B, entitled "Exiting Trip Summary", provides a graphical and numerical <br />representation of the anticipated routing of trips leaving the Bulow Development based <br />upon the above assumed trip distribution. The three (3) numbers shown at each <br />location on Exhibit B are the anticipated exiting volumes on a daily basis, during the <br />a.m. peak traffic hour, and during the p.m. peak traffic hour. The following trips, exiting <br />the Bulow Development, are expected to use Barium Street and 141st Avenue to gain <br />access to Dysprosium Street: <br /> <br />· The northerly half (1/2) of the detached and twin home units wanting to proceed <br /> north on CSAH #5 (Nowthen Boulevard); <br /> <br />Likewise, the following trips exiting the Bulow Development are expected to use Argon <br />Street and 142nd Avenue to gain access onto CSAH #47: <br /> <br />1. All trips from the apartments, as well as from the detached and twin homes, <br /> wanting to proceed to the north on TH #47; and <br /> <br />2. The easterly half of the detached and twin homes desiring to travel east on <br /> County Road #116 and south on TH #47. .. <br /> <br />In a similar manner, Exhibit C, entitled "Entering Trip Summary", provides a graphical <br />and numerical presentation of the anticipated routing of trips attempting to gain access <br />to the Bulow Development on a daily basis as well as during the a.m. and p.m. peak <br />traffic hours. The following trips accessing the Bulow Development are expected to <br />travel the existing local, residential streets of 141st Avenue and Barium Street: <br /> <br />· The northerly half (1/2 of the detached and twin home units returning from CSAH <br /> #5 (Nowthen Boulevard) to the north. <br /> <br />The following trips accessing the Bulow Development are expected to TH fl-47, 142nd <br />Avenue and Argon Street: <br /> <br />1. All trips destined for the detached and twin homes from TH #47 to the north; and <br /> <br />2. The trips destined for the easterly half of the detached and twin homes returning <br /> from Co.
