County <br />Road 116 was recently extended from Ramsey Boulevard west to Armstrong Boulevard, with ail- <br />way stop-sign control at Ramsey Boulevard and stop sign control on County Road 116 at <br />Armstrong Boulevard, Sunwood Drive is a two-lane roadway that runs east-west through the <br />City of Ramsey and terminates with stop-sign control at Ramsey Boulevard. <br /> <br />Traffic operations for existing conditions were analyzed for the following key intersections: <br /> <br />Armstrong Boulevard and'County Road 116 <br />Armstrong Boulevard and TH 10 <br />Ramsey Boulevard and County Road 116 <br />Ramsey Boulevard and Sunwood Drive <br />Ramsey Boulevard and TH 10 <br /> <br />A traffic operations analysis was conducted for the a.m. and p.m, peak hours at each of the key <br />intersections to determine how traffic c.urrently operates within the project area. Traffic <br />operations are characterized with a totter'grade from A through F.
