III. <br /> <br />Coordinate with all of the contractors and firms associated with the performance <br />of the water system improvements to ensure all as-built drawings and operations <br />equipment manuals are provided. <br /> <br />Selection Criteria <br /> <br />The successful engineering project management firms must demonstrate <br />successful experience in similar water system improvement projects (i.e. wells, <br />water towers, well house building, repainting of existing water storage facilities). <br /> <br />The City will select the most qualified firm based on the initial proposals <br />submitted. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The City will then enter into negotiations with the selected firm to determine the <br />fees for providing the scope of work services. If the City cannot negotiate a fee <br />with the selected firm, then the City will negotiate with the next qualified firm. <br /> <br />4.
