Metropolitan Planning Overview <br />To submit a comprehensive plan update or amendment in electronic <br />format, mail the CD with the complete electronic document and one <br />hardcopy to the Reviews Coordinator. <br />The Council's official review does not start until both the <br />electronic and paper versions of the document are received <br />the guidelines below are followed: <br />1. The electronic copy is organized as one unified document. For <br />example, "CityName2030CPU.pdf" is acceptable versus numerous <br />separate files of chapters, figures, and appendices. <br />2. The CPU transmittal forma and any background information are <br />included at the beginning of the electronic submittal. <br />3. The electronic copy and the paper copy are exactly the same. <br />For communities that are not able to submit in an electronic format, <br />five (5) complete paper copies are required for comprehensive plan <br />updates.
