The "A" Minor arterial system is maintained by the <br />Transportation Advisory Board. If a municipality determines that a <br />change in the "A" minor arterial system is warranted, a request for <br />the change can be made to the Transportation Advisory Board. <br />Map streets and For each of the principal and A -minor arterials, the map must show: <br />highways <br />• existing and proposed number of lanes <br />• current daily traffic counts according to the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation's traffic volume maps <br />• forecasted 2030 traffic volumes <br />Options for The comprehensive plan should include narrative explaining how the <br />displaying traffic local traffic forecasts were developed.
