National Propane Corp. Expansion Review Letter
Page 3 of 3
12/30/98

fixture diagrams for any proposed additions to exterior lighting. The lighting plan is
subject to the approval of the City Engineer.

Drainage and Grading: The site plan (Sheet 1) includes existing spot elevations. The
topography of the site is generally flat, however, there appears to be a depression in the
middle of the site, where standing water of six inches or more can be expected after
precipitation events. It is recommended that the owner prepare a revised grading plan
that will better serve the site drainage. The grading plan is subject to the approval of the
City Engineer.

Access: The site has one access from State Highway #10 NW, the plan proposes no new
access.

Sign: The plan does not propose any new signage

Storm Water Management Fee: No Storm Water Management Fee is due as it is only
required for new platting.

The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 1999, at
the Rarnsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, to review the proposed
site plan.
