No additional park <br />dedication is due at this time. <br /> <br />· Pedestrian Traffic: When Lot 2 is developed, the City will be requesting construction of a <br /> pedestrian path along the east boundary of Lot 2, parallel to Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00. p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 1999, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. to consider your request for final plat approval.
