Park Dedication, Park dedication on the subject property was satisfied at the time the subject property was platted as Lot i, Block 1, Riverview Estates. No additional park dedication is due at this time. · Pedestrian Traffic: When Lot 2 is developed, the City will be requesting construction of a pedestrian path along the east boundary of Lot 2, parallel to Sunfish Lake Blvd. The City Council will be meeting at 7:00. p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 1999, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. to consider your request for final plat approval.
