No. 1081285 <br /> <br />That part of the south 330 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying southeasterly of the southeasterly right of <br />way line of County Road No. 57, except road. Subject to easements of record. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 3, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from Oak Creek Builders Inc. for a townhome plat to be named Alpine Acres; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 3, 2003, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 28, 2003, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for Alpine <br />Acres plat to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 8, 2003, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed Alpine Acres plat and recommended park dedication be satisfied through a <br />combination of a cash payment and land dedication; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, 2003, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat of Alpine Acres contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 16, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 10, 2003, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Alpine <br />Acres. The City Council tabled action and scheduled a special work session for June 17, 2003 to <br />discuss the development in detail with the applicant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 17, 2003, the City Council held a work session and provided <br />direction to the applicant regarding the layout of the cul-de-sac to be named Radium Street and <br />addressed access to the .5 acre proposed public park located in the southeastern comer of the <br />plat; and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-07-189 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
