WHEREAS, on June 24, 2003, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Alpine <br />Acres contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 16, 2003, revised <br />June 6, 2003, revised June 20, 2003 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Alpine Acres Lodges in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and Staff Review Letter dated July 3, 2003, Revised <br />July 18, 2003. <br /> <br />2) That the Developer shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City for the <br /> development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Pearson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day °f July' 2003' ~~ <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ./~ <br /> <br />~~~y~ Clerk . v ~.~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION//03-07-189 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
