WHEREAS, on June 5, 2003, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing and <br />approved a variance to allow a cul-de-sac 957 feet in length in the Proposed Plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, 2003, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended that the City Council approve the preliminary plat contingent upon compliance <br />with City Staff Review Letter dated May 30, 2003, provide screening for the property located at <br />16919 Tiger Street, and the applicant receiving a variance to cul-de-sac length; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Tiger Meadows <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated May 30, 2003, revised <br />June 20, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />Cook <br />Kurak <br />Pearson <br />Strommen <br />Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14th day of January, 2003. ~...~.~-/ <br /> <br /> 1V~ayor <br /> TE <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #03-06-161 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
