Assistant Community Development Director Tmdgeon indicated he has a resolution approving <br />the setback. <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Johnson asked that they take them separately. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Brauer, seconded by Board Member Shepherd to approve Robert and <br />Martina Wallace's request for a variance to the height restriction for an accessory structure on <br />property within the 2020 MUSA at 5941 143ra Circle NW, based on the findings of fact, and <br />adopt Resolution #03-08-193declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Johnson, Board Members Brauer, Shepherd, <br />and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt, Board Member Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Brauer, seconded by Board Member Watson to adopt Resolution #03- <br />08-194 adopting Findings of Fact #0654 relating Robert and Martina Wallace's request for a <br />variance to side yard setbacks on the property located at 5941 143rd Circle NW, with a change to <br />the square footage to 742 square feet, and 1488 square feet total on the property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Johnson, Board Members Brauer, Watson, and <br />Shepherd. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt, Board Member Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Brauer, seconded by Board Member Watson to adopt Resolution #03- <br />08-195 to approve Robert and Martina Wallace's request for a variance on the property located at <br />5941 143rd Circle NW, for the side yard setback requirement for a comer lot, based on the <br />findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Johnson, Board Members Brauer, Watson, and <br />Shepherd. Voting No: None.
