COVENANTS~ REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF BUYER. <br />BUYER is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of MinnesoUa and has <br />the power to enter into this Agreement and carry out its obligations hereunder. The signatories <br />to this Agreement represent that they are authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the <br />BUYER. <br /> <br /> 13. SURVIVAL OF WARRANTIES. The warranties made in Sections 11. and 12. <br />above shall survive until one (1) year after the date or'closing and delivery of the deed. <br /> <br /> 14. WELL DISCLOSURE. SELLER shall deliver to BUYER a well disclosure <br />within 30 days of the date of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 15. BROKER COMMISSIONS. SELLER and BUYER each warrant that they have <br />not engaged the services of any realtor, broker or any other person with regard to this sale <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
