MISCELLANEOUS. <br /> <br /> 16.1 As Is Condition. The residential homes located on the Property are being <br /> <br />sold ~o Buyer in an "as is" condition and Seller makes no representations to Buyer as to the <br />habitability or condition of the residential homes whatsoever. Buyer agrees to undertake the full <br />responsibility of removing the residen~al homes from the Property at its discretion and to perform <br />all tasks necessary to make the ProperW suitable for Buyer's intended use. <br /> <br /> 16,2 Final Agreement:.
