Norman <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at 5:31 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1: End Probationary Period of Senior Accountant Linda K. Mayer <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman reported that Linda Mayer was promoted to the position of <br />Senior Accountant, effective July 15, 1998. The probationary period'for this position is <br />six months. Ms. Mayer's supervisor, Finance Officer Lund, has rated her performance <br />satisfactory and recommends that she be retained as a regular, full-time City employee in <br />the Senior Accountant position, effective January 15, 1999. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Anderson to recommend <br />Council adopt the resolution ending the probationary period for Senior Accountant Linda <br />K. Mayer, effective January 15, 1999. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Anderson. Voting No: <br />None.
