I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />TRADESMEN PROPERTIES, LLC <br /> <br />On March 9, 1999, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Tradesmen <br />Properties, LLC, ("Permittee") to construct a 10,107 square office/warehouse ("Structure") on the <br />property which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Oakridge Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to {}9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br /> engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on thi Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan (Sheet Al) prepared by Lampert Architects, dated January 26, <br />.1999. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer and consistent with the approved Grading, Erosion Control and Utility <br />Plan (Sheet C1) prepared by Charles W. Plowe, Consulting Engineer, dated January 29, <br />1999. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and. install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading'& Erosion Control Plan <br />prepared by Charles W. Plowe, Consulting Engineer, dated January 29, 1999. <br />Installation of bituminous driveway and customer/employee parking lot. <br />Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all <br />bituminous surfaces. <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance <br />with the Site Plan. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the approved Landscape Plan prepared by <br />Lampert Architects dated January 29, 1999, revision dated ,1999. <br /> <br /> nts" <br />("Required Improveme ) <br /> <br /> <br />
