Utilizing a Geographic Information <br />System we will enter the selection criteria from Task 3 and perform a series of tests which will <br />result in a prioritized list of sites on a map by response time. Base GIS information from Anoka <br />County will be utilized along with the City ofRamsey GEOBASE dataset. <br /> <br />Task 6--Report Preparation <br />The final task involves preparing the results of the process into a 3 to 4 page report summarizing <br />key objectives, selection criteria and including maps generated through the GIS Model. <br /> <br />Task 7--Presentation to City (optional) <br />This optional task includes a formal presentation from the consultant on the final site selections. <br /> <br />PROPOSED FEE SERVICES <br /> <br />The Hoisington Koegler Group is prepared to complete Tasks 1 through 6 for a fee not to exceed <br />$3~$00. This fee includes plotting expenses, one meeting with the City, and printing of 7 copies <br />of the report. Any additional or optional services would be billed according to the attached <br />hourly fee schedule. <br /> <br />TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION <br /> <br />It is our understanding that the City would like to see a finished product in time for the April 134 <br />City Council meeting. In order to meet this deadline, it is important to begin the process as soon <br />as possible. We can begin the project as soon as the City and Hoisington Koegler Group can <br />agree on the proposed scope of services and fees.
