A copy of the Request <br />for Proposals (RFP), which is attached, was sent to the following 11 firms: <br /> <br />BRW, Inc. <br />Dahlgren, Shardlow & U-ban <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates <br />Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. <br />Loucks & Associates, Inc. <br />McComb Frank Roos Associated <br />Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc. <br />RLK, Inc. <br />Short Elliot-Hendrickson, Inc. <br />SRF Consulting Group <br />Thiboult & Associates <br /> <br />Four proposals were received from four firms including: <br /> <br />Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. <br />McComb Frank Roos Associates <br />RLK-Kuusisto, Ltd. <br />SRF Consulting Group, Inc. <br /> <br />A review of these proposals has resulted in the scheduling of interviews with two firms on <br />Monday, April 12, 1999. A budget of $10,000 for the study will be funded from Economic <br />Development Authority. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />A recommendation will be presented at the Council meeting subsequent to the oral interviews <br />with the finalists. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to authorize entering into a contract with <br />development plan for Section 28 in an amOunt not-to-exceed $10,000. <br /> <br />to prepare a <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />CC: 04/13/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
