PURPOSE: <br /> <br />To review the organizational structure of the City of Ramsey to determine the level of <br />effectiveness and efficiency of the existing structure in providing the needed services to <br />the community and to determine whether changes' in the existing structure and/or <br />hierarchy could improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the City. <br /> <br />B. MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE: <br /> <br />The analysis of the organizational structure, both of City positions and departments, to <br />meet the objectives outlined will be under the direction of Ann Antonsen, Consultant. <br />Assisting will be Judy Skauge, Consultant. <br /> <br />WORK PLAN <br /> <br />Review job descriptions of current positions in the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
