PLANNLNG COiVIMISSION <br />WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CiTY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a special workshop meeting on Tuesday, February <br />16, 1999, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Chairperson Leo Anderson <br />Commissioner Chris Dempsey <br />Commissioner Bill Kociscak <br />Commissioner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Joe Wivoda <br />Commissioner Michael Nixt (arrived at 7:32 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Sharon Jensen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Community Development Director Cindy Sherman <br />Community Development Assistant Scan Walther <br />Brad Scheib, Hoisington Koegler Group <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the special workshop to order at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dempsey and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Dempsey, Johnson, <br />Kociscak, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Jensen and Nixt. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Review Changes Made To The December 18 Draft Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />Brad Scheib of Hoisington Koegler Group was present and stated that the transportation element <br />of the draft Plan is not complete.
