ADDITIONALLY I <br />WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO DISCUSS ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.' <br /> <br />THE PROJECT FOR ITS CONSTRUCTION WILL,REQUIRE A CONSIDERABLE WORKSPACE, <br />MORE SPECIFICALLY APPROXIMATELY 75', EXCEPT WHEKE ROAD CROSSINGS ARE <br />INVOLVED WHICH USUALLY ENTAILS A 200 X 200 FOOT WORKSPACE THOUGH THAT MAY <br />VARY TO ACCOMMODATE THE BORE EQUIPMENT, A GRAPHIC DIAGRAM ATTACHED TO <br />THE PRINTED MATERIAL SHOULD MORE ACCURATELY PORTRAY THE USE AS REQUIRED. <br />IN MOST CASES OUR EXISTING R!OHT OF WAY VARIES FROM 50' TO 60' TO PERHAPS <br />LARGER, AND IN MOST CASES THERE IS A PERMANENT WORKING SPACE RESERVATION <br />OF 20-25'. BETWEEN THE EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY AND WORK SPACE, FOR INSTANCE, <br />THERE WOULD BE 30' (ONE HALF OF THE RIGHT OF WAY FROM THE EXISTING PIPE) PLUS <br />THE EXISTING WORK SPACE OF 20', LEAVING 25' (OF THE 75' REQUIRED) TO BE <br /> <br />NORTHERN WOULD BE SEEKING THE COOPERATION OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY AS <br />DESCRIBED BY SEPARATE DOCUMENT DATED MARCH 9, 1999, FOR RIGHTS DESCRIBED 1N <br />THE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED THERE., AND ROAD PERMITS TO BORE UNDER YOUR <br />STREETS THAT WOULD BE TRAVERSED.
