AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated road easement is hereby vacated, to-v4t: <br /> <br />The road easement dedicated across the north 33 feet of the following legal!y described <br />parcel: The south 250 feet of the north 750 feet of the east 871 feet (as mesured along the <br />East and North lines respectively) of the North Half of the Sou[beast Quarter of Section <br />27, Township 32, Range 25 reserving to the Grantor its successors and assigns over the <br />East 93 feet thereof (subject to easement of record) (except that part platted as Anoka <br />County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 1 Recorded 7/16/74). <br /> <br />£ECTION 3.
