As part of the expansion, they are replatting two parcels into <br /> one and there is currently a drainage and utility easement on the common property line between <br /> the two parcels that needs to be vacated. · <br /> <br /> Notification: <br /> <br /> .?_n accordance with State Statute, property owners within 350 feet of the subject property were <br /> :iotified of the April 13, 1999 t:earing. <br /> <br /> Observations: <br /> <br />The ParabodyfLifeFitness expansion will re?lat two commercial lots into cne. In order <br />accomplish this process in an orderly fashion, the drainage ar.d utility easemexit on the common <br />boundary of I!.',e two lots as they currently are configured needs to be vacated. There are no <br />public utilities within the easement. The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Site location map _ <br /> b) Pxelimlnary Plat with easement highlighted <br /> e) Pxoposed ordinance <br /> <br />The City Council introduced the proposed ordinance on April 13. In accordance with the City <br />Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for final adoption. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City staff recommends that Council adopt the ordinance to vacate the utility and drainage <br />easement. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance #99-._ to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 4. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Community Development Director <br />City Engineer <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />CC: 04/27/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
