As part of the expansion, they are replatting two parcels into one and there is currently a drainage and utility easement on the common property line between the two parcels that needs to be vacated. · Notification: .?_n accordance with State Statute, property owners within 350 feet of the subject property were :iotified of the April 13, 1999 t:earing. Observations: The ParabodyfLifeFitness expansion will re?lat two commercial lots into cne. In order accomplish this process in an orderly fashion, the drainage ar.d utility easemexit on the common boundary of I!.',e two lots as they currently are configured needs to be vacated. There are no public utilities within the easement. The following items are enclosed for your information: a) Site location map _ b) Pxelimlnary Plat with easement highlighted e) Pxoposed ordinance The City Council introduced the proposed ordinance on April 13. In accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for final adoption. Recommendation: City staff recommends that Council adopt the ordinance to vacate the utility and drainage easement. Council Action: Motion to adopt Ordinance #99-._ to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4.
