The vendor should have a detailed work plan document relating to fundraising and include a <br />corresponding step-by-step outline for the project. (Please include this document for review <br />with the SOQ [it will be returned]. Also indicate if there is a cost for this material.) <br /> <br />The vendor should have, on staff, an experienced installation supervisor who will be <br />available from the beginning of the project to the installation day.
