I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I The Licensee herein agrees to clean up the Site, including contiguous roads, ways and easements, and remove all debris, garbage, trash, litter and other waste matter from, in and around said Site, together with all advertising matter to said Music Festival. Said clean up shall be completed within 72 hours after the conclusion of the Music Festival. The City Council shall have the right to revoke the License pursuam to Section 7.07 of the City Code after a public hearing held after written notice is given to the Licensee at least 24 hours prior to such hearing, for any of the following causes: · The Licensee fails, neglects or refuses to fulfill any of the terms imposed by this License. · The Licensee fails, refuses or neglects to fulfill any of the provisions of the proposed program or plans. · The Licensee violates, or attempts to violate, any law of the State and/or provisions of Section 7.07 of City Code or any other provisions of City Code. · The Licensee has made a false, misleading or fraudulent statement of material fact in the application for a license or in any other document required pursuant to Section 7.07 of the City Code. Written notice of such revocation shall be forwarded by the Administrator to the. Licensee at the address given in the application. Such revocation shall become effective immediately after ordered by the City Council. e. The Licensee herein agrees to provide the City with confirmation of current insurance language covering outdoor sales of liquor. The City of Rarnsey reserves the fight to suspend or close the Music Festival prior to the expiration of the License granted in the event of the occurrence ora dot, major disorder, or serious breach of the peace when, in its opinion, it becomes necessary to prevent injury to a person or persons and/or damage to property. This License is not transferable or removable to another location. The Licensee shall provide a sufficient number of portable sanitary facilities at the Site of the Music Festival and at the parking concessions. The Licensee shall provide sufficient off-street parking. The Licensee shall be responsible for containing attendants of the Music Festival within the Site perimeter fencing as indicated on the site plan exlxibit submitted with the Music Festival Proposal. The outdoor entertainment stages shall be restricted to within the Site perimeter fencing. Lighting and sound shall be arranged to deflect away from area residential uses. Light sources for the entertainment stages should not be visible from T.H. #10.
