There is a trunk sewer and water fee due on that part of <br />the property for which previous trunk payments have not been made. The mink fees due <br />are $89,510.00 (9.6 acres x $9,324 per acre). These fees will be paid pursuant to the <br />terms of the Tax Increment Financing Agreement between the City and the Developer. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Park Dedication. The park dedication on the subject property was satisfied at the time <br />the property was platted as Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 4. No additional park <br />dedication will be required in the development agreement <br /> <br />City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 1999 at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W.
